How to Reload MOLePoints VIA Western Union |

| MOL Members can reload MOLePoints via Western Union agents worldwide up to a maximum of USD $125 balance per MOL Member Account at any one point in time.
Please note:
- This service is strictly for MOL Members located outside of Malaysia.
- Western Union will impose a fee for using their service. This fee shall be borne by the MOL Member.
- The Maximum Reload is USD $125.
- The maximum amount that you can have in your MOL Member account at any one time is USD $125.
- The amount of MOLePoints reloaded is USD $0.01 = 1 MOLePoints.
How to send money from A Western Union Agent Location
Visit any Western Union Agent locations worldwide.
Agent locations include banks, travel agencies, post offices, airports, currency exchange offices, supermarkets, grocery stores, and check cashers. Click HERE to find an agent location near you. |

STEP 1: Fill up the Money Transfer Form obtainable from the Western Union Agent. Please fill in the following Receiver details:

STEP 2:
Once you have completed the Money Transfer Form, submit it along with the necessary fees for Western Union and the amount you wish to transfer to your MOL Member Account.
Please note:
Western Union will impose a fee for using their service. This fee shall be borne by the MOL Member.

STEP 3:
The Western Union Agent will give you an Official Receipt which will contain a 10 digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). This will allow you to track the status of your money transfer online. You can do this by clicking on this link HERE and following the on screen instruction. .

STEP 4:
- Once you have obtained your MTCN, visit http://www..mol.com and login to your MOL Member account by keying in your username and password. If you do not have an existing MOL Member account please click HERE to register.
- Once you’ve logged into the “My Member Page”, click Western Union under the MOLePoints Reloads section.
- You MUST fill up the Western Union Payment Info form with the necessary information, and click Submit. We will update your MOL Member Account within one working day upon verifying your payment info.
